Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced React JS Developer with 8+ years of professional front-end development experience to design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, modern front-end technologies, state management, API integration, performance optimization, and automated testing.

The candidate will work closely with UI/UX designers, product/project managers, and back-end developers to deliver responsive, user-friendly, and robust web applications.

Required Technical & Functional Skills
  • 8+ years of professional experience in front-end/web application development.
  • Strong hands-on experience developing responsive and scalable user interfaces using React.js.
  • Excellent proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong understanding of React.js core concepts, including JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, hooks, functional components, and component composition.
  • Experience building reusable React components and front-end libraries to promote consistency, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Strong experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Flux, Context API, MobX, or equivalent.
  • Experience integrating front-end applications with back-end services using RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
  • Strong understanding of responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and web performance optimization.
  • Experience with modern front-end development tools and build pipelines, including Webpack, Babel, npm, and/or Yarn.
  • Proficiency with Git or other version-control systems such as SVN or Mercurial.
  • Experience with unit testing and debugging, using frameworks/tools such as Jest, Mocha, or equivalent.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex UI, performance, integration, and browser compatibility issues.
  • Strong understanding of front-end architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality, responsive, and scalable user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript.
  • Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and business requirements into functional, production-ready applications.
  • Develop and maintain reusable components, shared libraries, and scalable front-end architecture.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product/project managers, QA engineers, and back-end developers to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and back-end systems.
  • Implement effective state management and data flow across complex React applications.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve UI, functional, integration, and performance-related issues.
  • Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
  • Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and code quality.
  • Work with build tools, package managers, and CI/CD pipelines as required to support efficient development and deployment.
  • Stay current with React ecosystem updates, modern JavaScript practices, front-end technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, coding standards, and front-end engineering practices.
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Equivalent practical experience and demonstrated technical expertise may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on large-scale, enterprise-grade React applications.
  • Knowledge of modern React development patterns and ecosystem.
  • Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, cloud environments, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience with frontend architecture, micro-frontends, or design systems is an advantage.
